Description

letter from FH Scott to Alan Crawley
full text:

"I am so glad you are pleased with our telegram. We certainly meant what we said. The meeting took place in my house and we all felt that we wanted to send you this message.

I would pay little attention to the letter from Irving Layton. Its bad taste indicates it is not sound criticism.

I will send your letter along to Dudek. He is a valuable addition to our group here.

I would not despair of Art Smith; I know he has something for your special number since he read it to me. If you keep at him long enough he may reply.

PS excuse this dictation <handwritten>"
